After an administrator has created a profile, the user receives an activation e-mail to activate the profile and set a password. If the user has not yet done so, the profile will not get the status activated.

- Is the specified e-mail address correct in the profile? Read here how your administrator can change that.
- Has the e-mail ended up in the spam folder?
No activation email received
You can send a new activation e-mail by following the same steps if you forget your password .
