If you have used a wrong e-mail address when creating an account for a non-licensed colleague, follow the steps below. 

Change e-mail address

  1. Click Company in the right-hand menu.
  2. Click on the Colleagues tab. 
  3. Search for the colleague in the list or use the search bar and click on Edit on the colleague's profile.
  4. Change the e-mail address (and the username if the e-mail address is also used as the username). 
  5. A new activation e-mail can then be sent by following the same steps if you forget your password.
