Your username is usually your e-mail address. Does this not seem to work? Below we describe how you can request your username.


Request username

  1. In the login screen, click on the Forgot username? .
  2. Enter your e-mail address in the pop-up. 
  3. You will receive an e-mail with the username that is linked to this e-mail address.


If you forgot your username, enter an e-mail address that is not known on the platform, and you will receive a notification stating that you do not have an account yet.
