  • There may sometimes be some delay in sending these links.
  • Always check that the e-mail address is spelled correctly and check for spaces.

  1. Go to the organization account and activate the personal profile after all.
  2. Ask the user to try again to log in.
  3. If the user still cannot log in, follow the final step.
  4. Enter the username in forgot passwordA new link will be sent.
