It is possible that a registration link has not been received by a buyer or vendor, which means the personal / organization account has not yet been activated.

- There may sometimes be some delay in sending these links.
- Always check that the e-mail address is spelled correctly and check for spaces.
- Check to make sure that the e-mail did not end up in the spam inbox. If not, refer to the solutions below:
Solutions
- Go to the organization account and activate the personal profile after all.
- Ask the user to try again to log in.
- If the user still cannot log in, follow the final step.
- Enter the username in forgot password. A new link will be sent.
