Reminders allow you to keep track of important dates relating to a contract.
To set a reminder:
- Click on the bell icon next to the date. One or more participants must be selected to receive the notification for the reminder. Press Add, then Save.
- Create or edit a message related to the reminder.
- Set the time for which the reminder must be sent. Two options are possible:
- Term: after selecting this type you can enter a number and select a time unit. The system will then send the reminder in accordance with the specified period prior to the entered date.
- Specific date: in this case you can select a specific date on which you want to receive the reminder.
4. Click Save.
