Reminders allow you to keep track of important dates relating to a contract.


To set a reminder:

  1.  Click on the bell icon next to the date. One or more participants must be selected to receive the notification for the reminder. Press Add, then Save.
  2.  Create or edit a message related to the reminder. 
  3.  Set the time for which the reminder must be sent. Two options are possible:
  • Term: after selecting this type you can enter a number and select a time unit. The system will then send the reminder in accordance with the specified period prior to the entered date.
  • Specific date: in this case you can select a specific date on which you want to receive the reminder.

  4. Click Save.
