The Negometrix3 Question & Answer module facilitates the import of answers to the questions that have already been asked. 


Import answers in Question & Answer

  1. In the solicitation, go to the Question & Answer tab.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click on Download import sheet (answers only).
  3. The spreadsheet contains all the questions asked and a column for entering the answers. Save the file after the answers have been entered.
  4. In the Ready for publication tab there is the Import answers only button for importing the spreadsheet file including answers.
  5. After import, answered questions are immediately ready for publication. Check whether the import was successful, select the desired questions and choose Publish to publish both the question and the answer.


Important

Questions that were already published without an answer are published after the import, including the answer. However, these do not have to be published.
