In Negometrix3 you can determine which colleagues evaluate a solicitation in two ways.


Settings for assigning evaluators

Before you determine who can evaluate, you set how you want to assign evaluators

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your solicitation.
  2. Go to the Other Options tab.
  3. Under Evaluation settings, you have the option between evaluation required by all evaluators or evaluation required by one.
  4. Click Save.


Evaluation required by one evaluator

Anyone with the right View "Evaluate" and available as evaluator may be selected as an evaluator.

Once one person has entered a score, the evaluation is complete. The other evaluators can only overwrite in the completed evaluation.

Managing evaluators in Questionnaires is not possible if you choose Evaluation required by one evaluator.


Evaluation required by all evaluators

Anyone assigned as an evaluator in Questionnaires must complete their evaluations. An overview of all evaluators can be seen in the Questionnaires  tab and then Manage evaluators. Once all evaluators have entered a score, the evaluation is complete. 


Change evaluation settings to current solicitation

It is possible to change the evaluation setting to current solicitations. 


From Evaluation required by all evaluators to Evaluation required by one evaluator. 

  1. Go to Questionnaires and click Manage evaluators .
  2. Delete all current evaluators except one. All evaluations are deleted, except for the remaining evaluator.
  3. Go to the Settings tab and open Other Options.
  4. Change the Evaluation setting.
  5. Click Save.


From Evaluation required by one evaluator  to Evaluation required by all evaluators . 

  1. Go to the Settings tab and open Other Options .
  2. Change the Evaluation settings setting to the desired setting.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Go to Questionnaires and open Manage evaluators.
  5. Assign the desired questions to your colleagues.
