If a colleague already has an account with another company, it is possible to create another account for this colleague. The e-mail address can be the same in multiple accounts, but a username cannot be used twice. If the e-mail address is already used as a username, you must change it. 

Change username

  1. Go to Company in the right menu.
  2. Click on the Colleagues tab. 
  3. Search for the colleague in the list or use the search bar and click on Edit on the colleague's profile.
  4. Change the username and click Save.
