If you are currently the administrator of your company profile (or main contact person), you can transfer this to another colleague if necessary.
Transfer company management
- Click Company in the right-hand menu.
- Click on Edit.
- At the bottom of the page you can change the administrator and contact person by selecting a colleague and clicking on Add.
- If you do not need multiple administrators, you can clickto delete an administrator.
A colleague can only become a Primary Contact if his profile is set as a Public Profile . Read here how you can change this.
If the current administrator of your company profile is no longer employed, or otherwise unable to transfer management, you can submit the request to change the manager to the Negometrix service desk. You can e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter the e-mail address of the current administrator in CC of the e-mail.
