With an Excel import, you can create multiple colleague accounts within your company at the same time.
Import colleague accounts
- Go to Company in the right-hand menu and then click on the Colleagues tab.
- At the bottom of the page, click the Import button.
- Download the Excel file, enter the required information and save the document on your computer.
- Select the completed Excel file on your PC and click Import.
- The accounts for your colleagues are now created, and they receive an e-mail with instructions to activate their account.
Important
- Only the administrator and users who have the right to create Colleague accounts at company level can create accounts.
- A username can be used once.
