With an Excel import, you can create multiple colleague accounts within your company at the same time.

Import colleague accounts

  1. Go to Company  in the right-hand menu and then click on the Colleagues tab
  2. At the bottom of the page, click the Import button.
  3. Download the Excel file, enter the required information and save the document on your computer.
  4. Select the completed Excel file on your PC and click Import.
  5. The accounts for your colleagues are now created, and they receive an e-mail with instructions to activate their account.


  • Only the administrator and users who have the right to create Colleague accounts at company level can create accounts.
  • A username can be used once.
