Under the 'Schedule' tab of your solicitation, it is possible to export the schedule as either a .pdf file or an .ics file.
Using the .ics files you can easily copy the schedule into your own calendar program such as Outlook.
Importing an ICS-file into your personal agenda, means importing a copy of your solicitation schedule at that moment in time. There is no real-time connection between your personal agenda and the solicitation schedule, meaning no automatic updates to your changes. Please be aware that whenever you (or your colleagues) update the schedule you'd have import it again.
