In every contract you have the ability to manage colleagues who have any role in the contract.
- Go to the Participants tab within a contract.
- If you want to add a participant, click on the Add member button, and use the drop-down menu to select the participant.
- You can then select a user role with preselected rights for this participant. You can check or adjust these rights by clicking on the Rights button.
- In the pop-up that follows, you can click on Edit to manage the rights for the participant.
