To apply for entry to the NYS Vehicle Marketplace on the Negometrix platform you will receive an email invitation from the NYS Office of General Services (OGS).

In the invitation, click on a link to participate in the NYS Vehicle Marketplace. You will need to login with your username and password. You will see three steps:

1. Information

2 Fill out & submit

3. Submitted


To Fill out & submit your application you need to click on Start.


After clicking start go to step 2 Fill out & submit. You need to fill out one question to confirm your participation. Click on the questionnaire: Existing contractors: Confirmation for participation.



A pop-up will appear, click on NYS Vendor Information.




Fill out the Contract number(s) of the Class(es) for which your company holds a Vehicle Marketplace Contract and then click Save group and go to next.




The questionnaire is now completed. Click on Select qualification to fill out if you are qualified for Class 1-2, Class 3-8 or both.




Now you're all set and you need to send this information to OGS. 

Next click on the Submit button.



Fill out your account password to verify your submission. After completion go to step 3 Submitted.  After OGS confirms your application you will be invited to participate in Mini-Bids for your selected Class(es).
